This Grievance page provides a formal channel for users, customers, partners, prospects, or affected individuals to report unresolved issues related to ApexRouter, including account access, privacy concerns, security concerns, abuse reports, AI safety concerns, billing concerns, content concerns, or policy concerns.
Send grievances to grievance@apexrouter.io with your name, contact email, company name if applicable, account identifier if available, affected workspace or URL if relevant, a clear description of the issue, supporting screenshots or logs, requested resolution, and whether the matter is urgent.
Do not include passwords, private keys, complete API secrets, payment card numbers, unnecessary personal data, or confidential third-party information in the grievance email. If sensitive evidence is needed, ask us for a secure submission method.
We aim to acknowledge formal grievances within a reasonable period and route them to the appropriate operational owner. Review may involve support, security, privacy, product, billing, legal, or leadership personnel depending on the issue.
Potential vulnerabilities, abuse, credential exposure, unauthorized access, or harmful workflow behavior should be marked clearly in the subject line. Security-related reports may also be sent to security@apexrouter.io.
If a support issue remains unresolved, reference previous ticket IDs, dates, and correspondence. We may request additional information to verify identity, understand impact, and determine an appropriate response.
