This Privacy Policy explains how APEX AI LABS LLP collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when visitors, prospects, waitlist users, customers, administrators, developers, or enterprise evaluators use ApexRouter, apexrouter.io, dashboards, forms, APIs, communications, and related services.
We may collect account identifiers, name, email, company, job role, selected plan, waitlist details, use-case descriptions, support messages, sales and partnership communications, billing or procurement references, workspace configuration, team membership, API configuration, connected tool metadata, workflow names, audit events, usage telemetry, error logs, device/browser metadata, IP address, security logs, and consent or preference records.
Depending on how a workspace is configured, users may submit prompts, files, documents, task instructions, workflow state, memory entries, tool outputs, agent traces, approvals, comments, and other operational data. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions required to submit this content to ApexRouter and connected services.
We use information to provide and secure the service, provision access, operate workspaces, run workflows, maintain audit trails, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, communicate about product access and updates, evaluate enterprise readiness, improve reliability, prevent abuse, enforce policies, analyze usage, comply with legal obligations, and protect ApexRouter, customers, and the public.
Where applicable, we process information based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, security needs, or steps requested before entering into a business relationship. ApexRouter is intended for business and developer use and is not directed to children. Users should not submit information relating to children unless they have all required authority and safeguards.
