By accessing or using ApexRouter, apexrouter.io, dashboards, APIs, private beta features, waitlist access, documentation, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ApexRouter provides SaaS tools for coordinating AI agents, workflows, teams, integrations, model endpoints, E2B-style sandboxes, policy routing, approvals, audit trails, workspace memory, and operational visibility. The service may include beta, preview, experimental, or limited-access features.
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, maintain current contact details, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. Administrators are responsible for workspace configuration, user invitations, role assignment, connected tools, API keys, permissions, and activity under their accounts.
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded files, workflow instructions, data sent through integrations, agent behavior, connected model provider terms, credentials, approvals, production use, compliance obligations, and final review of AI-generated or agent-generated outputs before relying on them.
You must not use ApexRouter to violate law, infringe rights, compromise systems, deploy malware, exfiltrate data, bypass access controls, conduct unauthorized surveillance, generate abusive content, misrepresent outputs, overload infrastructure, resell the service without permission, or use connected agents in unsafe or unlawful ways.
AI systems and agent workflows can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You must apply human review, testing, monitoring, and appropriate safeguards before using outputs in business, legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, or other high-impact contexts.
Paid plans may be billed monthly, yearly, or through enterprise invoicing. Fees, limits, included capacity, overages, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and payment provider rules may vary by plan. You are responsible for taxes, usage charges, and maintaining valid payment or procurement information.
ApexRouter may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, models, integrations, workflows, capacity, or access, especially during launch-stage operation. We may impose limits to protect reliability, security, compliance, or infrastructure availability.
APEX AI LABS LLP and its licensors own the service, software, design, interface, documentation, trademarks, logos, and platform technology. You retain rights to your submitted content, subject to the license needed for us to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and operate it as part of the service.
Private beta information, non-public features, security information, pricing, roadmap details, and enterprise materials may be confidential. Users must not disclose confidential materials except as authorized in writing.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, suspected abuse, legal risk, policy violation, discontinued service, or operational necessity. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to plan and billing terms.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, perfect security, availability of third-party services, or suitability for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEX AI LABS LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, lost-revenue, business-interruption, or third-party damages arising from use of ApexRouter.
