Last updated: June 15, 2026. These terms apply to ApexRouter, operated by APEX AI LABS LLP, SHITAL PARK, NEAR 150 FT RING ROAD, RAJKOT 360006, GUJARAT, INDIA. Contact: support@apexrouter.io.
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions, pilot fees, onboarding fees, API access fees, and enterprise invoices for ApexRouter, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Paid plans may be billed monthly, yearly, or through invoice-based enterprise terms. Plans may include workspace limits, workflow limits, API limits, support tiers, onboarding services, or usage-based charges. Fees are generally charged in advance for the selected billing period.
Customers may request cancellation through the dashboard where available or by contacting support@apexrouter.io. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or separately approved in writing.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, accidental renewals reported promptly, inability to access a paid service due to our confirmed platform issue, or other cases approved by APEX AI LABS LLP. Usage-based fees, consumed credits, custom onboarding, implementation work, and enterprise services are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
Refund requests should be sent to support@apexrouter.io with account email, company name, invoice or transaction reference, plan name, billing date, reason for request, and any relevant screenshots or payment records.
We review refund requests based on account status, service access, usage, billing records, support history, applicable law, payment provider rules, and any enterprise agreement. Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method where possible.
Taxes, foreign exchange charges, bank fees, payment processor fees, and card network fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider and applicable law.
Enterprise pilots, procurement contracts, annual commitments, proof-of-concept arrangements, and custom service packages may have separate cancellation and refund terms. If there is a conflict, the signed written agreement controls.
